A "dumb blonde" joke received from a contractor friend:

A blonde tells her friend about her thermal windows. She says,

"I've had them in for almost a year now and just the other day the contractor calls me and asks me to pay for them. I may be a blonde but I'm not dumb. The salesman told me that in a year they'd pay for themselves."
